# Femboy Logistics - Application Rules

Welcome to **Femboy Logistics**! We are a virtual logistics and transport company and are excited to welcome new members. Please read our application rules carefully before applying.

## 1. Application Process
1. **Filling out the Application Form:**
- Applicants must complete the official application form, providing personal details and relevant gaming experience.
- Required Information:
- Full Name or Gamer Tag
- Age
- Experience with ETS2/ATS (Playtime, preferred routes, mods, etc.)
- Motivation for applying (Why do you want to join Femboy Logistics?)
- Discord name for contact
2. **Initial Review:**
- The team will review the submitted application to check if the basic requirements are met.
- Applicants will receive feedback via Discord or email within 48 hours.
3. **Test Drive:**
- If the application is accepted, a test drive with an experienced team driver will be arranged.
- During the test drive, the following criteria will be assessed:
- Adherence to traffic rules
- Driving style and vehicle control
- Behavior in multiplayer mode
- After the drive, the applicant will receive feedback and a decision on whether they can proceed to the next stage.
4. **Discord Interview:**
- After a successful test drive, a short conversation with a team member will take place.
- This serves as an introduction, to clarify any company-related questions, and to finalize the application assessment.
- If necessary, further requirements or expectations will be discussed.
5. **Acceptance into the Company:**
- After completing all previous steps, the applicant will be officially accepted as a driver at Femboy Logistics.
- They will receive all relevant information, including company guidelines, convoy planning, and Discord access.
- New drivers will go through a short onboarding period to familiarize themselves with procedures and the team.

## 2. Termination and Exclusion
- Inactivity for more than 30 days without notice may result in exclusion
- Violations of the rules or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated
- Cheating or modding for unfair advantages will lead to an immediate ban
