American Continental Guidelines:

Miles and Speed;
- We aim for Real Miles so all Texaco Drivers are required to driver no faster than 80mph.
-- Anything above 80mph counts in Truckbooks as Race Miles. Texaco does not haul for Race Miles unless notified by Management/DIspatcher.
-- If driver records loads with 80+mph the following occurs:
1st Offense: Warning is given
2nd Offense: Driver will be parked for 48 hours
3rd Offense: Driver will be dismissed from the company for a 1 week period
4th Offense: Driver will be dismissed from the company for a 1 month period
5th Offense: Driver is released and will be banned from the company.

Load Count;
- Each driver is required to haul at least 25 loads a month with a minimum miles per load of 200 miles.

Company Truck:
- All new hires are required to drive either a Peterbilt 389 or Kenworth W900 as a day cab. Truck will be purchased by Texaco.
-- Driver is able to upgrade truck as they seem fit at point of purchase. All additional upgrade done to truck is paid for by driver and will not be covered by L&E.
--- When driver has surpassed either A: 60 day work period or B: 150,000 miles logged via job loads.

- TruckerMP Ban

-- If a Texaco is banned from TruckersMP driver will be dismissed from company until ban is lifted. Once ban is lifted driver will be parked for 48 hours from duty.
