Regelwerk der Ocean Solution Group (OSG)

Regeln gelten für alle Mitglieder der Ocean Solution Group (OSG) und für Gäste.
Diese sind verbindlich einzuhalten, Ungewissheit schützt nicht vor Strafe!

Es gelten alle Standardmäßigen Discord Regeln. Dieses Regelwerk ist bloß eine Individuelle Erweiterung, welche Spezifisch für den "OSG" Discord Entwurfen wurde.

§1 Allgemeine Regeln
{ 1.1 } Respektvolles & freundliches Verhalten!
{ 1.2 } Trolling, Spamming, Soundboard Abuse u.a sind Untersagt!
{ 1.3 } Das Private Anschreiben von Team Mitgliedern ist Verboten!
-> Nutzt für Fragen oder Probleme unser Ticket System
{ 1.4 } Jedes Mitglied darf max. 2 Verwarnungen haben, bei der 3. wird man Permanent des Projektes verwiesen!
{ 1.5 } Beleidigungen werden nicht Toleriert, außer es ist klar zu erkennen das diese zu einer gezielten Person mit Spaß gemeint war.
{ 1.6 } Das Ausnutzen von Regelwerkslücken ist Verboten!
{ 1.7 } Zum Beitritt in die Spedition darf man auf TMP nur max. 3 Aktive Bans haben!

§2 Sprache / Chat
- §2.1 Sprache
{ 2.1.1 } Jegliche Art von Rassismus und Antisemitismus sind Strengstens Verboten!
{ 2.1.2 } Politische / Religiöse Themen in Sprach sowie Text Kanälen sind nur Erlaubt, wenn sich dadurch niemand belästigt oder Angegriffen fühlt!
-> Diese Themen dann weiterhin Sachlich austragen.
{ 2.1.3 } Hassrede oder üble Nachrede sind strengstens Verboten!
{ 2.1.4 } Beherrsche dich in Sprach Kanälen, lasse andere Ausreden & trete immer höflich auf.

§2.2 Chat
{ 2.2.1 } NSFW Content, sowieso jeglicher, NICHT Jugendfreier Content hat auf unserem Server nix zu suchen und ist somit Verboten!
{ 2.2.2 } Spaming ist Verboten
{ 2.2.3 } Aggressives Verhalten, Unhöflichkeit & Respektlosigkeit sind Untersagt!
-> Achtet auf eure Ausdrucksweise.

§3 Privatsphäre
{ 3.1 } Private Inhalte dürfen ohne Erlaubnis nicht auf diesem Discord mit 3 geteilt werden!
{ 3.2 } Private Profile dürfen nicht gegen unsere oben genannten Regeln verstoßen!
{ 3.3 } Jeglicher NSFW Content im Profil ( Profilbild, Banner etc ) sind Untersagt!
{ 3.4 } Video & Ton Aufnahmen in Sprach sowie in Text Kanälen sind Anzukündigen, dennoch ist dabei auf die Privatsphäre unserer Mitglieder zu achten!
{ 3.5 } Weiterhin besteht Recht am eigenen Bild!
{ 3.6 } Jegliche Arten von Stalking sind strengstens Verboten
{ 3.7 } Das Verwenden Privater Inhalte, um der selben Person zu schaden oder sie "aufzuziehen" ist Verboten!

§1 TruckersMP:
§1.1 Verkehrsregeln
{ 1.1.1. } Es gelten alle Regelwerke von TruckersMP!
-> Darunter zählen auch Verkehrsregeln.
{ 1.1.2 } Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung von max. 90km/h!
-> Ausnahmen müssen per Ticket beantragt werden.
{ 1.1.3 } Wenden & Parken nur an dafür vorgesehenen Stellen, und dort wo man niemanden Stört!
{ 1.1.4 } Es darf nur gefahren werden wenn niemand gefährdet wird!

§1.2 Konvoi
{ 1.2.1 } Ein Ranghörer muss Vorausfahren
{ 1.2.2 } Überholende müssen Angekündigt werden!
{ 1.2.3 } Ab 5 LKW`s zählt man als Konvoi
{ 1.2.4 } Auf voraus & zuletzt Fahrende muss gehört werden!
{ 1.2.5 } Routenänderungen müssen vom Anführer angekündigt sein.
{ 1.2.6 } Im Konvoi herrscht Überholverbot!
{ 1.2.7 } Bei Konvoi Fahrten ist die Firmen Lackierung Pflicht!!
{ 1.2.8 } Das Senden von Werbung o.ä ist in Konvois Verboten!
{ 1.2.9 } Bei Offiziellen Konvois müssen alle den selben Auflieger fahren!
-> Wer während eines Konvois gegen eine Regel verstößt, kann dem Konvoi verwiesen werden!

§2 Speditionsregeln
{ 2.1 } Sinnfreie Ampeln dürfen auch bei Rot überfahren werden
-> Wenn niemand gefährdet wird!
{ 2.2 } Mindestabstand von 100m sind einzuhalten
{ 2.3 } Fahrten in SpedV nur mit Singeltrailer/ Doppel-Kombi.
-> HCT-Fahrten sind auf eigene Gefahr.
{ 2.4 } Jeder Fahrer unserer Spedition muss mit einem Abrechnungsprogramm fahren!

§1 General Rules
{ 1.1 } Respectful & friendly behavior!
{ 1.2 } Trolling, spamming, soundboard abuse, and other forms of abuse are prohibited!

{ 1.4 } Each member is allowed a maximum of 2 warnings; the third warning will result in permanent bans from the project!
{ 1.5 } Insults will not be tolerated unless it is clearly evident that they were intended as a joke to a specific person.
{ 1.6 } Exploiting loopholes in the rules is prohibited!
{ 1.7 } To join the forwarding agency, you may only have a maximum of 3 active bans on TMP!

§2 Language / Chat

{ 2.1.1 } Any form of racism and anti-Semitism is strictly prohibited!
{ 2.1.2 } Political/religious topics in voice and text channels are only permitted if no one feels harassed or attacked!
-> Continue to discuss these topics objectively.
{ 2.1.3 } Hate speech or slander are strictly prohibited!
{ 2.1.4 } Control yourself in voice channels, let others make excuses, and always behave politely.

§2.2 Chat
{ 2.2.1 } NSFW content, and any content that is NOT suitable for adults, has no place on our server and is therefore prohibited!
{ 2.2.2 } Spamming is prohibited.
{ 2.2.3 } Aggressive behavior, rudeness, and disrespect are prohibited!

§3 Privacy
{ 3.1 } Private content may not be shared with 3 members on this Discord without permission!
{ 3.2 } Private profiles may not violate our rules listed above!
{ 3.3 } Any NSFW content in profiles (profile pictures, banners, etc.) is prohibited!
{ 3.4 } Video and audio recordings in voice and text channels must be announced, but the privacy of our members must be respected!
{ 3.5 } The right to one's own image still applies!
{ 3.6 } Any form of stalking is strictly prohibited.
{ 3.7 } Using private content to harm or "tease" the same person is prohibited!

§1 TruckersMP
- §1.1 Traffic Rules
{ 1.1.1. } All TruckersMP rules apply!
-> This also includes traffic rules.
{ 1.1.2 } Maximum speed limit of 90 km/h!
-> Exceptions must be requested with a ticket.
{ 1.1.3 } Turning and parking only in designated areas, and where you won't disturb anyone!
{ 1.1.4 } Driving is only permitted if no one is endangered!

§1.2 Convoy
{ 1.2.1 } A driver with a high-ranking ear must drive ahead.
{ 1.2.2 } Overtaking vehicles must be announced!
{ 1.2.3 } A convoy of five or more trucks is considered a convoy.
{ 1.2.4 } The driver in front and behind must be heard!
{ 1.2.5 } Route changes must be announced by the leader.
{ 1.2.6 } Overtaking is prohibited in a convoy!
{ 1.2.7 } For convoy journeys, company livery is mandatory!!
{ 1.2.8 } Broadcasting advertising or similar material is prohibited in convoys!
{ 1.2.9 } In official convoys, everyone must drive the same trailer!
-> Anyone who violates a rule during a convoy can be expelled from the convoy!

§2 Freight Forwarding Regulations
{ 2.1 } Senseless traffic lights may be driven even when red.
-> If no one is endangered!
{ 2.2 } A minimum distance of 100m must be maintained.
{ 2.3 } Journeys within the SpedV (German Road Transport Ordinance) are only permitted with single trailers/double combinations.
-> HCT journeys are at your own risk.

§3 Privacy
{ 3.1 } Private content may not be shared with 3 members on this Discord without permission!
