1. Be friendly with everyone. We do not tolerate aggressive people, cursing or hate speech. If you do this you'll get warning!
2. We are going to have mandatory convoys every weekend. NoShowNoCall will get you straight black point.
3. If for some reason you can't attend to the weekend convoys no problems just let us know! Or someone from the management team!

4. Penalty system. How it works:
For being aggressive or racist towards our employees we will give you warning
3 warnings gives you 1 black point
3 black points and you are out of the company!
5. We will never tolerate braking the rules. If you break them you will be rewarded dismissal!
6. Upon leaving the company you are obliged to give us 1 month notice.
7. Employees are free to express their personal opinion internal matters within the company.
