At Low Life Trucking VTC, we value respect, professionalism, and fun while maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment for all members. To ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for everyone, please adhere to the following rules:
1. Respect and Courtesy
Treat all members with respect, both in and out of the VTC. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Be polite and courteous during convoys and interactions. We're a family here!
2. Follow the Road Rules
When participating in convoys or driving, obey all traffic laws and follow the guidelines provided by the convoy organizers.
Use your best judgment and safety precautions while on the road.
3. Convoy Participation
Participation in convoys is encouraged but not mandatory. However, when you join, make sure to show up on time and stay until the end.
If you're unable to attend a convoy, please notify the convoy leader or a staff member in advance.
4. No Griefing or Trolling
Griefing or trolling during convoys, events, or on the server is strictly prohibited. This includes intentionally disrupting the convoy or causing chaos.
5. Communication
A working microphone is required for voice communication during convoys or events on Discord. This helps maintain clear and efficient coordination.
Use the appropriate channels in Discord for discussions. Don’t spam or flood the chat with unnecessary messages.
6. No Spamming or Self-Promotion
Avoid spamming messages or promoting external content such as streams, websites, or social media without prior approval.
Keep promotional content relevant and in designated areas.
7. Inactivity
If you’re going to be inactive for an extended period, please notify the management team. Unexplained inactivity may result in removal from the VTC.
We understand life happens, and we appreciate communication!
8. Reporting Issues
If you encounter an issue with a member or something inappropriate occurs, please report it to staff or leadership privately. We will handle situations respectfully and in a timely manner.
9. Be Helpful and Supportive
Help other members when they need it! Whether it's offering convoy tips, providing advice, or assisting with trucks, be supportive and friendly.
10. Modifications and Custom Trucks
If using mods or custom trucks, ensure they don’t cause crashes or issues for other drivers.
Always check that your mods are compatible with the VTC's standards before participating in events.
11. Team Roles and Leadership
If you’re promoted to a higher role within the VTC, please remember that you’re representing the VTC and should act accordingly.
Respect VTC staff and leaders’ decisions; they’re here to help you.
12. No Drama or Arguments
Drama, fighting, or arguments will not be tolerated. If an issue arises, address it in private with the involved parties or report it to a VTC leader.
13. Following VTC Events and Guidelines
Always follow event-specific rules and guidelines provided by event organizers.
Respect event timings and instructions to ensure smooth operations.
Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the VTC. We want to ensure that everyone has a fun and enjoyable time within the Low Life Trucking family, so please act accordingly!
