Drivers must drive realistic. Remain the speedlimits, and weights. So no rallying, nor non-realistic chassis+trailer combos.
If you can´t drive 10 000km per month, world doesnt end there, just be active and drive what you can.
Be active on convoys.
Our company isn´t based in India, so you don´t have to but all the lights that you can find in the truck.
Every driver has to own bases in 6 cities where are our company hubs. You can buy extra hubs also.
Try to keep driving emty as minimal as possible.
And most important: have fun. Relax. Take a coffee.
