1. General Rules
Respect Everyone – Treat all members, staff, and other drivers with respect. No harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior.
Follow TruckersMP Rules – Our VTC fully complies with TruckersMP rules. Violations may result in warnings or removal.
English in Main Chats – To ensure clear communication, please use English in public channels unless specified otherwise.
No Drama – Keep arguments, personal issues, and unnecessary conflicts out of the VTC.

2. In-Game Rules
Drive Responsibly – Follow road laws, maintain safe distances, and avoid reckless driving.
No Ramming or Blocking – Always drive professionally and avoid intentional collisions or roadblocks.
Use VTC Tag & Paint Job – When participating in official convoys or events, use the company’s tag and colors.
Convoy Etiquette – Follow convoy rules, listen to convoy leaders, and avoid overtaking unless instructed.

3. Activity & Participation
Minimum Activity – Members must complete at least 30 deliveries per month or participate in 5 convoys to stay active.
Event Attendance – While not mandatory, attending VTC events and convoys is highly encouraged.
Leave of Absence – If you need a break, inform management to avoid removal for inactivity.

4. Communication & Behavior
Use Proper Channels – Keep discussions in relevant channels (e.g., convoy planning, general chat, etc.).
No Spamming or Advertising – Unsolicited promotions or excessive messaging are prohibited.
Respect VTC Staff – Follow instructions from VTC staff and event organizers at all times.

5. Reporting & Disciplinary Actions
Report Issues – If you witness any rule-breaking, report it to the VTC staff with evidence.
Three-Strike System – Minor offenses may result in a warning; repeated violations can lead to suspension or removal.
Instant Removal Offenses – Severe rule violations such as hacking, extreme toxicity, or repeated reckless driving may lead to an immediate ban.
