These are the RULES, that everyone should follow.
Respect and Courtesy:
Treat all members with respect and courtesy at all times. Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior.

Active Participation:
Strive to be an active and engaged member of the VTC. Meet the minimum participation requirements, such as completing a certain number of jobs per week or month.

Communication:
Use the designated communication channels (in-game chat, Discord, etc.) to stay informed about VTC updates, events, and announcements. Respond promptly to important messages and announcements.

Convoy Etiquette:
Follow convoy rules and guidelines during group drives. Adhere to convoy speed limits and maintain a safe distance from other convoy members.

Vehicle Standardization:
Use the specified truck and trailer models as outlined by the VTC. Adhere to any customization standards to maintain a consistent visual identity for the VTC.

Attendance and Punctuality:
Be punctual for scheduled events, convoys, and meetings. Inform leadership in advance if unable to attend a planned event or convoy.

Reporting Issues:
Report any issues or concerns to the designated person or team responsible for handling disputes. Provide clear and factual information when reporting incidents.

Representing the VTC:
Display the VTC's designated colors and logos on trucks and trailers. Maintain a positive and professional image when representing the VTC in-game or on external platforms.

Ranking and Advancement:
Strive for excellence to earn promotions and advance within the VTC. Fulfill the responsibilities associated with your rank and contribute positively to the VTC community.

Code of Conduct Adherence:
Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the VTC's code of conduct. Understand the consequences of violating the code of conduct and strive to avoid such actions.

Cooperation with Allies:
Follow guidelines for cooperation with allied VTCs. Foster positive relationships with members of allied VTCs during joint events or activities.

Participation in Events and Competitions:
Participate enthusiastically in VTC-organized events and competitions. Encourage friendly competition and support fellow members during competitive activities.
