General Rules
§1: You must accept the rules and regulations to be a member of Nova Transport. These rules and regulations are in place for a better experience for you as a driver under the Nova Transport family. There will be no exceptions to any rule and thus make them mandatory.
§1.1: You are responsible to follow all rules and regulations of the Nova Transport team therefore you will be held accountable for ALL misconduct within our family.
Application Processing and Procedures
§2: You can apply to become a member of Nova Transport by filling out our application form on our TruckersMP page.
§2.1: Once your application has been submitted, please join our Discord server and click the "Application Submission" button in our #application-contact channel. Our Human Resources department will then review your application and send you message via DM for an interview with either the owner (Danger Mouse) or our Management team.
§2.2: DO NOT spam our application submission or our HR department saying you have submitted an application. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. All spam, harassment, staff DMs, etc will push your application automatically to the bottom of the list or completely ignored.
Driver Rules and Regulations
§3: If you are accepted by our management team to join the Nova Transport family, you will be put as a Driver. As a driver, you must show professionalism within our family. All misconduct will be addressed accordingly and you may be removed from your driver role and put on a probation for up to 30 days.
§3.1: Drivers must meet all requirements listed on our TruckersMP page. If you do not meet these requirements or you have lied in your application, we will dismiss your role and kick you from our family. These kicks can last up to 30 days. If you meet the requirements listed within the 30 day kick period, you may submit an appeal via our support channel on our Discord.
Support and Concerns
§4: All support is answered through our support channel on our Discord. Our company management team handles all support requarding our website, our trucks, etc. All support ticket requests are answered in the order they are recieved and WILL NOT be answered if spammed. If the matter is of immediate concern you may email Danger Mouse (CEO) for help.
§4.1: Sometimes our HR and management team is unavailable, therefore you may request support from other members of Nova Transport. Remember, teamwork makes the dreamwork.

§5: Please remember that you are driving for a professional team. We here at Nova Transport take full responsibility for our actions made while driving and WILL NOT accept any excuses if misconduct on the road occurs. If you caused issues while driving for us, you will be held accountable. You are responsible for your mistakes. Please drive safely and responsibly.
§5.1: While driving for Nova Transport, please stay aware of any road laws, conditions and other truckers. All traffic infractions effect us all.
Follow the Official Rules
§6: TruckersMP has thier own Rules and must be followed. There is no excuse for not reading them over before heading out on the road.
Company Privacy
§7: All information about Nova Transport must stay wihin our family. All truck designs, forum discussions, discord discussions, etc must remain within our walls. Any misconduct of this rule will result in an immediate termination of any role given and immediate ban from our family. No warnings will be given and this irreversible. You may not appeal.
Disciplinary Actions and Terminations
The Nova Transport staff have the right to terminate your position without discretion from the CEO. This can be appealed if termination meets the criteria for an appeal.
Warnings will be given for all infraction within our company. Warnings are stackable up to 5 warnings. After 5 warnings given we will remove you from your role within the company and you will need to have a probationary hearing with our CEO. He will then decide whether to reverse the warnings and give your role back or put you on a probation period of up to 30 days. All major infractions can result in a kick from our company for up to 90 days.
Appealing warnings can be done from our support channel on our Discord. These appeals only apply to minor infraction warnings. All major infractions can not be appealed and hold their weight. If you feel you have been given a minor infraction warning, you may start your appeal process. Please provide as much information as possible including and not limited to: your in-game TruckersMP name, date the infraction warning was given and the name of the staff member who gave you the infraction warning. DO NOT spam our support with appeal tickets. We will ignore your ticket until we feel the need to get to it
