RULES & BY-LAWS rules for an American Truck Simulator Discord server, emphasizing (Respect and Fairness):

#1. Respect for All: (Immediately ban if violated, be fair to all players)

1. Treat everyone with kindness and respect, regardless of their views, opinions, or backgrounds.
2. No harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated. No racial slurs, hate or speech.
3. Use appropriate context language and avoid offensive content.
4. Respect personal boundaries, political views or opinions and avoid making others feel uncomfortable.

#2. Fair Play: suspension 1 day up to ban, if the player is griefing and using high amounts of exploitation.

1. No cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized mods that give an unfair advantage.
2. No griefing or intentionally disrupting other players' experiences.
3. Follow the rules of any organized events or convoys.
4. Report any rule violations to moderators. -If possible, supply recorded evidence, all evidence will be submitted to TruckersMP.

#3. Communication: Verbal warning

1. Keep conversations relevant to American Truck Simulator and related topics.
2. Avoid excessive off-topic discussions, spam, or flooding the chat.
3. Use appropriate channels for different topics (e.g., general chat, convoy planning, tech support).
4. Respect others' opinions and engage in constructive discussions.

#4. Server Conduct: Verbal warning

1. No spamming, advertising, or promoting other servers or services without permission. Streamers welcomed notify admins to receive proper identification tag in discord.
2. No Not safe for work (NSFW) content or links, sexually exploitation etc.
3. No sharing of personal information at all. (Remember this is an online platform and we are not responsible for any leaked information.)
4. Obey Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and or any streaming services or platform when being used in conjunction of discord.

#5. Disciplinary Actions:

Violations of these rules may result in:
1. Warnings
2. Temporary mutes or bans
3. Permanent bans from the server

(Moderators have the final say in all disciplinary matters.)
