***CONVOY RULES during our VTC Convoy Night & VTC Hauls***

Just like TruckersMP, we have defined a number of rules to be respected on The Birdhouse Convoys, but also suggestions to allow you to fully enjoy our convoys, in a good mood.

Because we supervise the VTC, please respect the rules defined below for the comfort of all, but also of our staff.
You will find below different categories and their rules that we would like you to respect, also to allow our team a perfect supervision.

1. Attendance :

• If participating, please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before our official departure time! Doing so will ensure the correct mods and routes are updated.

2. Parking :

• No truck should block a parked vehicle.
• If our parking is in a truck stop lot (likely), please pay attention to the others members present in the same zone.
• Please respect the different slots and park only in the defined areas or in the public slot that our team will relay to you.

3. In convoy :

The Birdhouse Convoy departures take place every Wednesday Night @ the following times:

• 2000 EST / 1900 CST / 1800 MTN / 1700 PST

• An order will be defined before the departure of the convoy, please respect it until the end.
• Overtaking in convoys is permissible with the proper calls, please do not drive on the shoulders to pass.
• Please respect the safety distances of 100 meters between each vehicle, to avoid any lags or collisions with the truck in front of you.
• The speed relayed by the Convoy Control Team, is ALWAYS that of the convoy head speed. Do NOT exceed 80 mph or your miles will be logged as race miles & not REAL miles, which is what we want. Keep your cruise control at 75 mph and below and set a warning indicator at 77 mph.
• If the convoy stops, for any reason, please switch on your hazard lights.

4. Cargo :

• Please bring your personal trailer to the Convoy Location. The Trailer will be listed in <#1129787323928821860> .
• Triple Axle Trailers are difficult, please keep in mind other drivers and vehicles when maneuvering.

5. Punishment for non-compliance with the rules :

• In case of non respect of the rules of convoys, the management reserves the right to exclude you temporarily or definitively from The Birdhouse VTC & our Server.
• Our convoys are streamed on others Streaming Services, so please be respectful & mindful of that.

We follow guidelines listed with TruckersMP, so we suggest that you make sure you follow the rules to avoid any reports or bans any others may try to bring to their attention, since there will be many other Convoys out there.

Because respect is essential, we ask you not to make any reports against any of our convoy drivers, when the situation does not concern you directly.
In the best of cases, contact the people concerned before making a report, & let us know if we can solve the issues 1st.
