Aktywność
a. Członkowie Spedycji powinni być aktywni i regularnie uczestniczyć w przejazdach oraz wydarzeniach organizowanych przez Spedycję.
b. W przypadku dłuższej nieobecności (np. z powodu urlopu), należy poinformować o tym administrację Spedycji.

Zachowanie
a. Członkowie Spedycji powinni zachowywać się w sposób uprzejmy, szanując innych graczy oraz społeczność Euro Truck Simulator 2.
b. Zakazane jest stosowanie obraźliwego, wulgarnego lub nieodpowiedniego języka w komunikacji wewnątrz Spedycji.
c. Nieakceptowalne jest działanie na niekorzyść Spedycji lub innych członków poprzez celowe psucie towarów, sabotowanie zleceń czy działanie na szkodę innych graczy.

Komunikacja
a. Wszelka komunikacja wewnątrz Spedycji powinna odbywać się w sposób kulturalny i zgodny z zasadami wzajemnego szacunku.
b. Członkowie Spedycji powinni regularnie sprawdzać i odpowiadać na wiadomości na platformie komunikacji Spedycji (np. Discord, TeamSpeak itp.).
c. Nieakceptowane jest rozpowszechnianie poufnych informacji dotyczących Spedycji bez zgody administracji.

Zasady dotyczące przejazdów
a. Członkowie Spedycji powinni przestrzegać zasad ruchu drogowego i unikać wypadków oraz kolizji.
b. Przejazdy powinny być wykonywane zgodnie z określonymi trasami i harmonogramem ustalonym przez administrację Spedycji.

Kary i sankcje
a. Naruszenie postanowień regulaminu Spedycji może skutkować zastosowaniem sankcji, takich jak ostrzeżenie, zawieszenie lub wykluczenie z Spedycji.
b. Decyzje dotyczące kar i sankcji podejmuje administracja Spedycji po przeprowadzeniu odpowiedniej analizy i konsultacji.

Zmiany w regulaminie
a. Administracja Spedycji zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzania zmian w regulaminie w dowolnym momencie, z zastrzeżeniem uprzedniego powiadomienia członków Spedycji o tych zmianach.

b. In order to apply for membership, you will need to submit an application to be considered by the administration of the Forwarding Service.
c. Applicants for membership should demonstrate appropriate personal culture and fair play behaviour.

Activity
a. Members of the Freight Forwarder should be active and participate regularly in rides and events organised by the Freight Forwarder.
b. In case of prolonged absence (e.g. due to holidays), the administration of the Forwarding should be informed.

Behaviour
a. Members of the Forwarding should behave in a courteous manner, respecting other players and the Euro Truck Simulator 2 community.
b. The use of abusive, vulgar or inappropriate language in communication within the Forwarding is prohibited.
c. It is unacceptable to act to the detriment of the Forwarding or other members by deliberately spoiling goods, sabotaging orders or acting to the detriment of other players.

Communication
a. All communication within the Forwarding should be done in a cultured and mutually respectful manner.
b. Members of the Forwarding should regularly check and respond to messages on the Forwarding's communication platform (e.g. Discord, TeamSpeak, etc.).
c. It is not acceptable to disseminate confidential information regarding the Forwarding without the permission of the administration.

Rules regarding rides
a. Members of the Freight Forwarding should respect the rules of the road and avoid accidents and collisions.
b. Rides should be carried out according to specific routes and timetables set by the administration of the Freight Forwarding.

Penalties and sanctions
a. Violations of the Forwarding Rules may result in sanctions such as a warning, suspension or exclusion from the Forwarding.
b. Decisions regarding penalties and sanctions shall be taken by the administration of the Forwarding Service after appropriate analysis and consultation.

Amendments to the Rules
a. The Administration of Forwarding reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time, subject to prior notification of such amendments to the members of Forwarding.

Members of the Freight Forwarding Service should abide by the rules in order to maintain a positive atmosphere and the common goals of the Freight Forwarding Service.
