This company thrives on a fun and respectful environment, which includes respect for the company rules and toward other fellow drivers! While we do not have mileage requirements, we do require all drivers to log real miles. In other words, stay below 80 MPH (ATS) or 100 KPH (ETS2) during all deliveries. Please be mindful that race miles do not count toward our company's miles.

Within reason, we will notify and warn anyone who logs repeated race miles to keep an eye on their speed from that point on. Our zero-tolerance policy for any behavior exhibited that conflicts with company rules includes repeated disregard for our race miles policy and any warnings from HCT management. This may result in your being dismissed from the company.

Abiding by the rules and encouraging respectful behavior among others is a great way to represent the company well. Have fun, be respectful of others, and show regard for the company rules while out on the road! Your cooperation and adherence to these terms are very much appreciated!
