§1. Activity Rules
§1.1 In-game activity
You must be able Complete the monthly limit - 5,000 kilometres or attend at least one convoy per month, ETS2 and ATS. Distance must be tracked and logged using our custom tracker.
§1.2 Server activity
You are invited to show minimal activity on our Discord server as it is our primary mean of communication.
§1.3 Leave of Absence (LOA)
If you wish to take a vacation or leave of absence that could affect your activity within the VTC, you must submit a Driver LOA request via our drivershub - https://hub.lkwlogistics.com/loa/create.

§2. In-Game Rules
§2.1 TruckersMP Rules
When playing TruckersMP, you must follow all the official TruckersMP rules: https://truckersmp.com/rules.
§2.2 Driving and General Behaviour
We expect our drivers and staff to always be professional and respectful. When in-game, you must drive with the utmost care and attention, just as you would in the real world.
§2.3 Convoy Rules
Whether you are participating in a LKW Logistics' or another VTC's convoy, you must always follow specific event rules, listen, show respect to event staff and obey their instructions.
§2.4 Tag and Paint Job
During convoys and other public events, you must use the official LKW Logistics paint job on your truck and trailer, and use LKW Logistics player tag. LKW Logistics paint job and tag are also recommended outside public events, but not mandatory.

§3. Other rules
§3.1 Dual VTC
Dual VTC’ing (being in more than one VTC at a time) is prohibited. If you are a driver for LKW Logistics, you cannot be in another VTC at the same time.
§3.2 Permanent Ban
Users that have been permanently banned on TruckersMP will be removed from the VTC. You must have a working TruckersMP account to be part of the VTC. Temporary bans are not subject to an automatic removal but will be addressed by our Human Resources Team.
§3.3 Trial Period
All drivers join LKW Logistics as trial drivers. You will be promoted to a regular driver role once you log a first 5,000 km in the VTC and are a trial driver for at least 2 weeks. The role can be updated when the Human Resource team find you fit to move up.

§4. Rules Enforcement
§4.1 Why these rules?
We are a kind and friendly community. The Rules listed above are in place to ensure our VTC and community remains that way.
§4.2 Enforcement
The Human Resources Team is responsible for overseeing the respect of these rules. We have a progressive approach to rule breach that includes: informal talk, formal notification, formal warning, and so on. The goal is never to punish, but to find a solution and make sure a mistake does not happen again.
4.3 Honesty
We value honesty above all. If you have broken a rule or think you may have broken one, please feel welcome to let us know by contacting a member of our Human Resources Team or Leadership Team. We are all humans and make mistakes, but the outcome will certainly be better if you are being honest about it.
4.4 Termination
In rares instances of severe or repeated rule breach (including server rules), a driver can be unilaterally fired from the company by a member of the Human Resources Team or Leadership Team.
4.5 Leaving the VTC
In times of thinking you would like to leave LKW Logistics, We do ask you if you could message a member of Upper Management or speak to a HR Manager to let us know that you wish to leave the VTC without any troubles of us trying to get into touch with you.
