Please remember that staff have the final say on things, if they deem your actions inappropriate for the servers you will face punishments. Staff reserve the right to suspend your account or revoke your privilege to use our services at any time.

General Rules
Ban Evasion
Attempting to evade your ban will result in your ban time being extended and your account being terminated.

Imitation
Attempting to impersonate a staff member or other member of the community will result in your account being terminated.

Community Threats
Threatening or directly attacking the community will result in your account being terminated, your information logged and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Traffic Rules

Speed Limiter
We advise that you use the in-game speed limiter whilst driving on single player, this will help you to avoid incidents in game and ensures minimum truck damage.

Traffic Lights
Please ensure that you obey all traffic lights and only continue when it is safe to do both in single player and multiplayer. Be sure to approach any junction with caution.

Indicators/Blinkers
Indicators/blinkers must be used at all times, such as turning onto another street, changing lanes, exiting and entering onto highways/freeways and exiting roundabouts. Hazard lights must be used when pulling into a business to pickup or drop off a load and must be kept on the entire time until you have reached the end of the driveway or gate to exit the business.

Road Safety
Please ensure you stay on the correct side of the road. We drive on the right hand side in the USA. You may cross onto the opposite side of the road when overtaking safely and only when the central line is broken.
Also, please be sure to give at least 1-2 truck lengths from another truck in front of you for safety and braking.

Collisions
You should never intentionally or purposefully collide with another truck or vehicle on either single player or multiplayer.

Changing Lanes
When changing lanes be sure to check all your blind spots for other road users and only continue with your maneuver when its is safe to do so and at an appropriate speed.

Turn Signals
Use your turn signals at all times, in all cases whether you are turning a corner, going around a roundabout, changing lanes and pulling in/out of businesses.

Speeding
All drivers and staff must not exceed 75mph. Most posted speed limits for commercial vehicles is no higher than 65mph.

Infractions
Infractions in options must be turned on as we use TrucksBook to record our deliveries and it does keep track of infraction costs.

Convoy Rules
1. There will be NO overtaking. Unless stated otherwise by the Convoy Leader.
2. Instructions from the Convoy Leader during convoys are to be followed immediately. Continual disregard of instructions will result in restrictions in future convoy participation.
3. Hazard lights must be used entering and exiting any business that you are picking up or dropping off to. They must remain on until you have reached the exit of the business.
4. The convoy should not stop during its route, unless stated by Convoy Leader. If someone is lagging behind, notify the Convoy Leader and they will make the decision on when to stop at the nearest spot safely and entire convoy will wait for driver lagging behind. We will never leave a driver behind alone.
5. During convoys, railroad crossings can cause the convoy to stop. If the convoy is split, then we will follow the same rule as #4.
