1. Attitude - There are a lot of less-than-stellar drivers on the highways and byways of this great nation. We want you to stand out amongst the crowd but for all the right reasons. We're looking for drivers that are calm under pressure, cool headed when tensions flare and also helpful to others.

2. Driving Record - As mentioned above, less than stellar drivers will not be tolerated within the company. Accidents are going to happen and we will stand behind our drivers. We will not allow drivers to stay employed if they are found to be instigators, trolls or if they are baiting other drivers into accidents.

3. Mileage - Life outside of gaming affects all of us differently. Our philosophy is, "Real life comes first." We want you to go out and have fun with your family and friends. When you are behind the wheel of your truck, we want you enjoying your time online and driving for us. All of that said, we do not have any mileage requirements.

The Serious Stuff - Do not spew any hatred toward anyone. We don't care about your political affiliation, sexual orientation or your religious beliefs. Keep these topics out of the company. This is a zero tolerance issue for us.
