1. Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) Rules – RSA Transporters
a. Representation of RSA Transporters must be conducted with the utmost respect and professionalism.
b. The perpetration of racism, harassment, hate speech, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited.
c. Directives issued by VTC Staff, Convoy Control, and Event Leaders must be strictly followed. The official VTC Tag, specifically 'RSA Transporters (orange)', is mandated for use.
e. An accurate and non-offensive in-game designation is required.
f. All regulations stipulated by TruckersMP must be observed without exception.
2. Convoy Protocols
a. Overtaking manoeuvres are disallowed unless Convoy Control grants explicit authorisation.
b. Maintaining a safe following distance and adhering to the prescribed convoy formation are imperative.
c. Adherence to the designated convoy speed limit is mandatory.
d. Citizen's Band (CB) radio usage must be exercised responsibly, precluding spamming, shouting, or the transmission of unauthorised audio content.

a. All logistical assignments must be recorded with absolute veracity.
b. The submission of edited, fabricated, or otherwise manipulated data is strictly forbidden.
c. The provision of evidentiary screenshots or other proof may be necessitated upon request.
d. The nomenclature utilised within Trucky/Truckers Book must correspond precisely with the in-game designation.
4. Discord Server Guidelines
a. A respectful demeanour is expected, and engagement in harassment or toxic behaviour is prohibited.
b. The dissemination of spam or Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content is not permitted.
c. Discourse must be confined to the appropriate thematic channels.
d. The generation of excessive microphone noise or interruptions during voice communication sessions is to be avoided.
e. Unauthorised advertising is expressly forbidden.
f. The disclosure of personal information is strictly prohibited.
5. Membership Stipulations
a. Consistent participation in organised events and delivery operations is expected.
b. All VTC staff and fellow team members are to be treated with respect and dignity.
c. Infractions of these regulations may result in disciplinary measures being imposed.
