### **Mother Trucka Virtual Trucking Rules**

Welcome to **Mother Trucka**! As part of our community, you are expected to follow these rules to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe, respectful, and professional environment while driving in TruckersMP. These rules are in place to maintain the reputation of our VTC and create a positive experience for both our drivers and others on the road.

#### **1. General Conduct**
- **Respect & Professionalism**: Treat all players with respect and courtesy, both within the company and in public multiplayer lobbies. Harassment, offensive language, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
- **No Cheating/Exploiting**: Do not use mods or cheats that are not approved by TruckersMP or the VTC management. This includes speed hacks, teleportation hacks, and other exploits.
- **Company Image**: When representing **Mother Trucka**, maintain a professional demeanor. This includes respectful driving and displaying the company's logo and paint job (if applicable).

#### **2. Driving Standards**
- **Follow Road Rules**: Abide by the in-game traffic rules and respect other players on the road. This includes stopping at red lights, obeying speed limits, and yielding to traffic where necessary.
- **Safe Driving**: Avoid reckless driving, such as speeding, tailgating, or making dangerous overtakes. Always drive with caution and be aware of your surroundings.
- **Accidents**: If you cause an accident or crash, it is your responsibility to resolve it calmly. Do not block roads or create traffic disruptions. Always try to maintain safety for yourself and other drivers.

#### **3. Convoys and Events**
- **Participation**: All company convoys and events are mandatory unless a valid reason (such as real-life commitments) is provided in advance. Regular participation helps strengthen the community.
- **Convoy Rules**: During convoys, follow the convoy leader and maintain appropriate distances between trucks. Do not overtake the convoy or create disruptions. Communication (via voice or text chat) is encouraged during convoys for coordination.
- **Convoy Etiquette**: Follow convoy rules and drive safely. Any disruptions to the convoy (reckless driving, blocking other drivers, etc.) will lead to disciplinary action.

#### **4. Company Discord & Communication**
- **Respectful Communication**: Use respectful language in our company’s Discord server. Do not engage in flame wars, spam, or excessive off-topic discussions.
- **Voice Chat Etiquette**: If using voice chat during convoys, avoid talking over others, and ensure your microphone quality is clear. Mute yourself if you’re not actively contributing to the conversation.
- **Stay Active**: Maintain regular communication with the company. If you're going to be inactive for a while, please inform the management team to avoid any misunderstandings.

#### **5. Company Modifications**
- **Paint Jobs & Livery**: All company members must use the **Mother Trucka** truck skins, paint jobs, and/or decals during official convoys or while representing the company in-game. Custom modifications that violate TruckersMP’s terms of service or create a negative image for the company are prohibited.
- **Company Trucks**: If the company provides in-game trucks, ensure that they are maintained and in good condition for use. You must log your deliveries and mileage if tracking company statistics.

#### **6. Reporting Issues**
- **Problem Solving**: If there’s a problem with another company member (e.g., misconduct, poor driving, etc.), please report it to a manager or higher staff. Do not engage in arguments or confrontations.
- **TruckersMP Ban**: If you receive a ban or penalty in TruckersMP, notify the management immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation, but repeated offenses could result in termination from the company.

#### **7. Activity and Performance**
- **Minimum Activity**: To remain an active member, you must meet a minimum activity requirement (e.g., X hours per month). If you are unable to meet this requirement, please let us know.
- **Log Your Deliveries**: Keep an accurate record of your in-game deliveries in the company's tracking system or log. This helps us monitor activity and recognize top drivers.
- **Promotions**: Promotion within the company will be based on factors such as activity, professionalism, and contribution to company events. All members are encouraged to show leadership, dedication, and teamwork.

#### **8. Discipline & Consequences**
- **Warnings**: Inappropriate behavior or failure to follow company rules will result in a warning. You may receive one or more warnings before facing harsher consequences.
- **Penalties**: Repeat offenses or severe breaches of conduct may lead to a temporary suspension or permanent removal from the company.
- **Appeals**: If you feel a decision regarding your conduct was unfair, you may appeal to the management team. We are open to discussing any issues and making fair judgments.
