Every driver at BCT is an Owner Operator. No company trucks, no probationary period, and no forced dispatch. You run the loads you want, when you want.

1. Be respectful to other drivers.
1A. This means no trash talking, excessive use of curse / foul language, or anything relating to an "ism". (racism, sexism, etc.)
1B. No political, religious, or comments / conversations about sexual preferences will be tolerated. There are plenty of places to discuss such things, this company isn't one of them.
1C. If you intentionally hit another driver, you're banned permanently. No exceptions.

2. Observe the 79 MPH or under rule when logged in and driving on company time. We are looking for drivers who want real miles, not race miles. How you drive when you're not on company time is up to you.

3. Meet the minimum monthly mileage requirements.
