Company Rules/Regulations:
1.) Respect everyone within the company.
2.) DO NOT talk over each other.
3.) Listen and follow directions when management is speaking to you.
4.) Respect all rules and guidelines from TruckersMP.
5.) Respect all drivers on the road.
6.) If someone rams, blocks, is being disrespectful to you, etc. DO NOT do it back to them. (Instead, just report them. If they are a formal driver in our company, report them to management.)
7.) DO NOT spam with music in any kind of way.
8.) Be respectful of other people’s decisions and thoughts.
9.) If you see a problem within the company, DO NOT take it into your own hands, report it to someone in management.
10.) Attend every meeting if possible. (Mostly directed for management.)
11.) If you disrespect the company and the rules constantly, you WILL be fired with no exception.
12.) YOU MUST be at least fairly active in the company. If you are inactive for more than a week in a row (Unless you are excused for being gone) then you will be fired. (Exceptions may be possible depending on the reasoning and if management agrees to accept your return.)
13.) Keystone Freight DOES NOT accept anyone who is already in another company.
14.) Keystone Freight DOES NOT accept anyone who has 3 or more ban records on file from TruckersMP.
15.) If you are going to be inactive or absent for a long time (Typically about a week or longer.), YOU MUST notify someone in management, if possible, to be excused.
16.) DO NOT use racial slurs nor any sexual content and or words or anything that can be taken offensive.
17.) Assist each other when help is needed. (Also assist others on road or at least offer help if they appear to need help in any way.)
18.) If you have any suggestions and or ideas on the company standpoint, please speak to the owner of the company. (If you cannot find nor get in contact with the owner at that time, notify someone in management to pass on the message to the owner. We may have a company meeting that you would need to attend if any of your suggestions or ideas are considerable.)
19.) Keystone Freight DOES NOT allow gossip and or rumors that can be taken personal to anyone in any way.
20.) Keystone Freight DOES NOT allow “Over controllers” meaning anyone who is a Driver and or any other position not in the field of management WILL NOT make any final decisions nor change anything in any way within the company without management’s consent. (Anyone who makes any changes and or decisions that will affect the company without management’s consent will be fired immediately with no exception.)
21.) If you have a issue with any other former employee(s) in the company, notify someone in management. (NOTICE: We will hold a PRIVATE meeting with you, you must have a fair reasoning to your complaint and are able to explain yourself clearly and honestly.)
