6. No T.O.S. Violations
7. No Impairment while representing the Virtual Trucking Company.
8. **ALWAYS** follow traffic laws to the best of your ability.
9. Do not ask for promotions, that is the quickest way to demotion and/or termination.
10. There is no exceptions to **ANY** of these rules, requirements or otherwise provided information.


**__Requirements__**
> Must have a working and clear sounding microphone
> Must be 17 years or older
> Must be a member of this discord before joining the VTC Sites
> Must have passed an app & interview process before being accepted to join the VTC
> Must speak, read and write in English


**__Requirements for Supervisor+__**
> Must have a working and clear sounding microphone
> Must be 18 years or older
> Must be a member of this discord before joining the VTC Sites
> Must have passed an app & interview process before being accepted to join the VTC
> Must speak, read and write in English
> Must have held position for at least 3 months whilst maintaining an active status for the duration of each month.
> Must have been a member of JTLLC for at least 4 months


Notes:
> To maintain an "Active Status", you must be completing at minimum 1,000 Miles Per Month or completed 7 jobs or earned $150,000
> Promotions from each rank are at HR & Management discretion. Just because you qualify does not mean you will achieve it. HR & Management will determine the best candidates for promotion within the company.
> Whilst there is no minimum requirement to stay in the VTC, you are encouraged to do runs every so often to advertise the company
> Being noticeably impaired IRL or "acting" impaired in-game whilst representing the VTC can and will result in a suspension and possibly termination.
