Zdravím všechny příznivce hry ETS 2. Tato firma byla založena uživatelem známým na Twitchi i v ETS2 jako LucianusShow.
- Ve firmě máme jak zkušené, tak i začínající řidiče. Jsme fajn parta lidí, která se nebojí jakékoliv výzvy.
- Každý měsíc se konají soutěže o DLC ETS 2 nebo jiné hry
- Jezdíme převážně na závodní statistiku

- Věk 15 let a více (výjimky se posuzují individuálně).
- Zkušební doba nového zaměstnance je 1 měsíc
- Zkušenosti s ETS 2 a TMP vítány
- Pokud u nás vydržíš 3 a více měsíců - možnost osobního ohodnocení
- Je potřeba mít Discord, funkční mikrofon a TruckersMP klienta kvůli firemním konvojům

- Nábor probíhá na našem Discordu (odkaz výše) majitelem firmy nebo některým z ředitelů

- Před začátkem konvoje vždy mějte plně opravený a natankovaný tahač
- V konvoji se vždy řídíme podle prvního řidiče
- Dodržujeme dostatečné rozestupy mezi tahači (min 70m)
- V konvoji se nepředjíždíme
- V konvoji dodržujeme pořadí ve kterém se vyjelo z firmy
- Nenarážíme a neblokujeme ostatní hráče ani za cenu pomsty, od toho jsou reporty
- Je potřeba mít funkční discord pro komunikaci a organizaci v konvoji
- Dodržujeme pravidla truckersmp (https://truckersmp.com/rules)
- Máte-li potíže s internetem držte se na konci konvoje

- V případě nesplnění limitu nebo dlouhodobě neomluvené neaktivity bude dotyčný propuštěn. (neaktivita 3 a více týdnů)
- Při porušení pravidel ve zkušební době můžete být z firmy propuštěni ihned (zkušební doba 1 měsíc)
- Při porušení pravidel po zkušební době dostanete výstrahu, po třetí výstraze můžete být z firmy propuštěni ihned (3x a dost, záleží na vážnosti přestupku).

- In a convoy, we always follow the first driver
- Keep sufficient spacing between trucks (min. 70 meters)
- We don't overtake in the convoy
- In the convoy, we follow the order in which we left the company
- We don't bump or block other players even at the cost of revenge, that's what the reports are for
- You need to have a functional discord for communication and organization in the convoy
- We are following rules of TruckersMP (https://truckersmp.com/rules)
- In case of unstable internet connection, stay at the end of the convoy

- In case of failure to meet the limit or long-term unexcused inactivity in the company, there is a possibility of dismissal. (Inactivity of 3 or more weeks)
- If you break the rules during the trial period, you can be fired from the company immediately. (trial period 1 month
- If you break the rules after the trial period, you will receive an warning, after the third warning, you can be fired from the company immediately (Three times and enough, depending on the seriousness of the offense.)
