Hello and welcome to Federation Trucking. We are a Virtual Trucking Community who is currently looking to hire active and professional drivers who are not part of another company. We operate in both American Truck Simulator as well as Euro Truck Simulator 2. If you are looking for a company that is highly active, management treats the employees with respect, dignity, loyalty and honor then we are the company for you. We use www.Trucksbooks.com and we also use discord. Each load that you complete is automatically logged in both our company discord as well as on www.Trucksbooks.com. We do not mind if our drivers operate in single player or multiplayer as long as you log your loads we do not mind whether or not you drive in multiplayer or single player. Our drivers operate in two different ways which are realistic and race mileage. We understand some drivers like a certain driving style over other driving styles and we are ok with that. Each and every driver we have employed here at Federation Trucking is held to a high standard and we expect each and every driver to be as professional as possible. Each and every driver we have will have the player tag Federation Trucking displayed while they are operating in the game weather that be in American Truck Simulator or Euro Truck Simulator 2. Our company colors are custom metallic black but we do not have a certain vehicle type. However we do ask that you are active and you are honest during your application interview. ( 1 ). Remember that this is a game and not reality however we ask that while representing this company you remain professional as possible as your image is what others will see as they pass you. Good professional representation goes a long way when it comes from company drivers.
( 2 ). Remember just because someone does something to you you do not have to retaliate back. Two wrongs do not make a right and that is a sure way to be fired on the spot. Learn to remain calm, collective and make sure you have video evidence and submit such evidence to the TMP website after you are done trucking.
( 3 ). While traveling either on TMP or SCS MP you are to have your company name as your player tag ( Federation Trucking ) but you do not have to run the company colors unless we are running as a convoy together or attending a special event hosted either by TMP or SCS.
( 4 ). Remember when traveling together in a convoy as a company you are to remain at least 75m apart from the vehicle ahead of you.
( 5 ). When traveling down the road on your own make sure that you are watching your mirrors and are aware of your surrounding. Make sure to properly indicate when required and drive in the most safest behavior as possible.
( 6 ). IF you encounter a issue with another driver within the company or another company you can use our ticket system in the company discord where a security officer will acknowledge the ticket and get up with you to start the investigation.
( 7 ). If you are operating on www.TruckersMP.com and for any reason are kicked or banned please notify management at once. ( This does not mean you are fired as an investigation will be started and done properly. )
( 8 ). If you are a live streamer make sure to let management know.
( 9 ). Management has the right and ability to fire, kick, ban or remove you from the company without warning if you show such abusive behavior that management determines you are no longer allowed to be employed by Federation Trucking.
( 10 ). Members are not to recruit from another company to bring members into our company.
( 11 ). Drivers are to log at least 2500 miles a week.
