* All New Driver’s Will be required to Complete An Observed Heavy Transport Load From Start To Finish By A Certified Pilot Escort Car.
* All Rules And Regulations For Trucks And Trailers Will Be Strictly Enforced By The Administration And Senior Drivers.
* State DOT Will Notify G&M Heavy Transport CEO’s Of All Minor And Major Traffic Infractions And Violations.
* All Drivers Will Be Assigned A Truck And Number, Please Do Not Ask For A Change For Either.
* All Promotions Will Be Strictly Based Off Of The Following
-Time With The Company
- Number Of Miles Driven
- Number Of Successful Deliveries
- Amount Of Loads Delivered W/O Any Traffic Violations, Or Accidents.
- Amount Of Time Active With The Company.
- Driving Experience
- Having All 10,000 Miles Complete Each Month.
* Drivers Will Have An Internal Affairs Officer To Talk To About Any Issues That Affects Them IRL With The Company Or With Certain Individuals Within The Company (Don’t Be Afraid To Speak Up If You Have An Issue).
* Human Resources Will Be In Charge Of Tracking And Logging Hours And Miles Each Driver Has Driven In A Weeks Time. Only Logged Hours Will Count Towards The Drivers 10,000 Mile Monthly Quota. All Miles And Hours Will Be Logged On Tome No Exceptions.
