We are a logistics company who seek drivers of any skill level who are interested in becoming a part of VTC (In this case it's more of a virtual trucking club instead of company due to how chill we are) who loves to haul any cargo within our path. We have do not have a mileage requirement nor a mileage type restriction (just try not to exceed the race mile maximum (180kph, 112 mph) we only require you to be active in the discord or on the mileage trackers (unless on an approved leave (pc problems, irl issues. family business, self care, etc.) (A happy driver tends to stay with the company and put in the time and effort for the company from my experience) We allow people to join the VTC with bans on their record depending on what its for. Benefits may include but aren't limited to: the ability to go on leave without upper management getting on you for inactivity (request must be filed with upper management prior to going on leave as it ain't cool to go AWOL (pretty much any reasonable request will be granted)), and new found enjoyment of ats. Side effects may include serious addiction to truck simulator, permanent smile, and cult like levels of loyalty to the company due to the mass enjoyment provided by being in this company. 1.) No drama will be tolerated here (If you are gonna be a "drama mama" don't join or just leave as you will be fired)
2.) No careless driving (race miles are ok as long as you don't drive like a reckless maniac)
3.) No discrimination of any kind (racism, sexism, transphobic comments, ETC.) (basically treat others the way you want to be treated.)
4.) No excessive swearing on the CB radio
5.) No bullying
6.) Must be active (don't just ghost me and the company that ain't cool)
7.) No trash talking other VTC's
8.) If you are Going to be inactive please let us know before it happens, what for, and how long you will be away (real life comes first as at the end of the day this is just a game) (I ain't gonna ever force ya to be here if ya ain't in the right state of mind to be here)(if ya got shit going on Irl and ya need someone to talk or want to game with someone to help cope I'm here for ya feel free to dm me or hop in a call with me)
9.) No passing when traveling with others without proper consent to do so, If you are going to lag go to the back of the line (we don't need a massive pile-up ya know)
10.) Absolutely no dual company memberships.
11.) A skills test may be required to the granted the "convoy control" role or to join the trucky (note being on trucky is not required to be in the company, although to reach the top ranks (admin positions, proven driver, and any other applicable roles) you will need to join the trucky)
12.) Must be in the company discord with matching names across discord, Trucky (If you've been approved to join on there) and Trucksbook.
13.) follow any and all rules of the servers in which you are in (left lane, truckers MP, Any other convoy session or discord you are in.)
