Spike Logistics Entry Requirements

Here at Spike Logistics we are dedicated to recruit members who are beginning their adventure into the trucking community, therefore we don’t expect much from our members but we require that you reach all the following requirements before applying to join Spike Logistics.

Must be aged 13 or older
Must have ZERO active bans
Must have joined the official Spike Logistics Discord server
Have the ability to log jobs using TrucksBooks (Tutorials Available)

Rule 1 Driving Expectations
Here at Spike Logistics believe in professionalism in our drivers, thus while driving on the TruckersMP servers we require that all our drivers drive courteously and professionally. Also while driving on TruckersMP servers, please make sure to follow their rules as well as ours (https://www.truckersmp.com/rules).

Rule 2 Job Modification
At Spike Logistics, we believe in honesty. Therefore the modification of job statistics by modifying job distance and income by either modifying files, using mods or using third-party programs. Anyone caught will face sanctions by our Human Resources team depending on the severity of the incident.

Rule 3 Multiplayer Tag
The use of the Spike Logistics player tag (Spike |) is mandatory while in attendance of any official Spike Logistics events or any other official public event where Spike Logistics is in attendance. The use of the tag outside of official events isn’t required but we heavily recommend you show off Spike Logistics with pride!

Rule 4 TruckersMP Punishments
If you should receive a ban from TruckersMP staff you are given 78 hours to notify the Human Resources team of your sanction, if you fail to notify staff within 78 hours of your punishment stricter punishment will follow.

Rule 5 Convoys & Events
The following rules must be followed during convoys and events attended by Spike Logistics
Please wear the official Spike Logistics event skin (Located in #employee-information)
Follow all instructions given by staff
Please join the designated #events voice channel (Staff will not give directions over the in-game CB radio)
Overtaking is prohibited unless instructed to by Staff
Keep a decent sized gap between you and the driver in front of you

Disciplinary Policy
Here at Spike Logistics we created our Disciplinary Policy with intentions of handling all punishments fairly and professionally. We created a three-strike system to give all our members second chances instead of immediate removal. Each member’s first strike will initially just consist of a verbal warning, this only applies for minor violations, after the first strike is applied any following incident will result in a second strike being applied, after receiving your punishment you will be placed under a temporary VTC removal for two weeks to ensure our message is clear and lastly once a third strike is applied to your account you will be removed from Spike Logistics VTC. Staff members reserve the right to bypass a progressive strike.
