RULE 1 – ‘VTC Entry Policy’
To become a member of Bison VTC you must meet the following requirements:
- Be 13 years of age or over.
- Have 50 hours in American Truck Simulator, Euro Truck Simulator 2, or a combination of both games.
- Have no TruckersMP bans within the past three months.
- Be willing to log jobs and agree to meet our activity requirement of 1000km (620 miles) per month.
- Must speak English.

RULE 2 - ‘VTC Membership Requirements’
To be considered a member of Bison VTC you must first have met our Entry Policy listed above, submitted a Membership Application form () and been reviewed and accepted by the recruitment team.
Once accepted into Bison VTC, you must join our official VTC page on TruckersMP () and you must join our logging system temporarily on TrucksBooks () for job logging.

RULE 3 - ‘Disciplinary System’
Bison VTC operates under a three-strike system, this applies to all rule violations within the VTC, in the Discord server and in all other external environments such as TruckersMP. All sanctions are voted for by our Human Resources teams to ensure fairness.
All members' first strike will initially be a written warning for minor violations; this will be followed by a strike one for equal violations. Once a strike one is applied to a member any further violation will result in a second strike (Removal).
Depending the severity of the infraction we reserve the right to skip a progressive sanction to either strike one or strike two.
Sanctions may be removed after a fixed duration of time or permanently, depending on the severity of the violation.

RULE 4 - ‘Monthly Driving Requirement’
To maintain your position with Bison VTC, we require all members to log jobs totaling a minimum of 1000 kilometers (621 miles) monthly. If you’re unable to complete your requirement please fill out a leave of absence form and notify a member of our Human Resources Team. Please note that only certain conditions will be accepted for a leave of absence, such as a vacation, holiday, health issues and issues of a similar severity.

RULE 5 - ‘Player Tag’
Use of the Bison player tag is required during all official events. When free-roaming use of the tag is not mandatory, however, you are recommended to represent Bison VTC with pride!

RULE 6 - ‘Driving Quality’
We have high expectations of Bison VTC member and expect that members drive with the utmost care and professionalism while on TruckersMP. We expect that all members follow the rules of TruckersMP (https://truckersmp.com/rules).
The use of pilot cars whilst wearing the Bison tag is prohibited.

RULE 7 ‘Job Tampering’
The modification of job statistics is strictly prohibited here at Bison VTC.
This includes the altering of Job income or distance, via the use of mods, programs, or anything similar.

RULE 8 - ‘TruckersMP Ban’
Should you be banned on TruckersMP, we require that you notify a member of the Human Resources Team within 48 hours of your sanction, failure to notify within 48 hours may result in stricter sanctions being applied.

RULE 9 - ‘Dual VTC’ing’
Dual VTC’ing is strictly prohibited, you must not participate in any other Virtual Trucking Company for Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator.
Anyone caught violating this rule will receive an immediate strike 2 removal from Bison VTC.

RULE 10 - ‘Convoys & Events’
The following rules must be follow during convoys and at events held by, or attended by Bison VTC;
Please ensure you are wearing the Bison VTC official event skin
Please do not overtake during an event unless you are instructed to
Please follow instructions and directions given by Staff
Please ensure you are in the designated Voice Channel during the convoy, you do not have to speak, but you need to be able to listen to Staff instructions, Staff will not give convoy instructions over the in-game CB radio.
Please follow TruckersMP’s rules whilst driving (https://www.truckersmp.com/rules)
Keep a safe distance from the truck in-front of you, if you are lagging please stick to the back of the convoy
Please respect others while in a Voice Channel, do not shout vulgar comments or be disrespectful towards members.
If you are streaming to any platform we ask that you do not stream the audio of the Voice Channel in your stream.

Any violations of these rules will result in a HR case and possible sanctions.
