Rollin’ Coal Trucking (RCT) Company Policy:

*Employee must be at least 16 years of age.

*Respect will be given to all other driver’s, company or not.

*Employees are required to have ALL Map DLC's, and Pro Mods Canada for the game. We convoy in all states and Canada, and we have streamers in convoy. If you do not have all the map DLC's it slows down the convoy and streams.

*All Company Organized Convoys will have a start/departure time provided and the convoy organizers will start as close to that time as possible. The time will not be delayed for persons “almost their” or “getting loaded up” as examples.

*RCT is a company focused on real miles, speeds should be kept under 80 mph (130 kph) as much as possible. Continually running miles over (Race Miles) may be addressed by Management.

*Joking around and Horseplay is tolerated at RCT, but there is a line, and if crossed the responsible Party (Parties) will be warned, repeated violations will be addressed by Management.

*Only while participating in Company Organized Convoy’s, the RCT Colors and stripe package will be required on your vehicle. See the Discord channel for the Colors RSV Numbers. If you do not have the Classic Stripe Package and don’t currently have the budget for it, contact Management.

*Due to Character limits on the Player Tag, the name will be entered as “RollinCoal Trucking” in a darker Orange color.

*Employees must have Discord so that they are able to communicate during Company Convoy’s. Also, Discord will be the primary means of communicating Company Convoy’s and information to the employees.

*Employee’s are recommended to use Trucksbook and Trucksbook Client to record jobs and miles to the Company Server. We are not a company that is worried about miles and competing with other companies about miles, we as a company have better things to do with our time.

*Excessive profanity and bad language will be kept to an absolute minimum while convoys are being streamed. Warnings/reminders will be given.

*Approximately once a month RCT will have a RCT Employee only convoy. On company only convoy days, only company employees will be permitted into the convoy Discord channel. This channel will typically be on a separate Discord Server.

*During RCT sponsored public convoys, participants are prohibited from displaying or discussing another VTC without receiving specific permission from the RCT Owner or an RCT Manager. Violators will be kicked from convoy, repeated violations will be banned!
